Description: Urban theories and local observances were written in black marker pen onto large white paper bags that were then worn by the Action Researcher/Performer over her head.  The Action Researcher/Performer positioned herself in ten notable sites across the city of Paris where she remained stationary with the bag on her head for up to half an hour.  From the Moulin Rouge to the Châtelet Metro tunnel walkways, traditional carousels to social housing building complexes, each location drew a different response from the public.  In Montmartre the Action Researcher/Performer entered the cul-de-sac where local artists sketch the portrait of tourists.  Encountering some initial resistance, one artist accepted to draw the Action Researcher/Performers 'portrait' with a paper bag over her head.
