Description: The Action Researcher/Performer wrote prose about her experience of the impermanence of place and relationships formed during her stay in Paris.  These texts were then transcribed onto separate A4 size pieces of paper and folded into boat forms.  Sending the boats adrift on the Seine River at Pont Marie and in the canal at Saint-Martin, opened up the possibility for members of the public to discover the carried message.  Passers-by pointed out the boats floating on the surface, some individuals retrieving them from the water once they had got caught in drifting leaves.  A remote control model boat operator in the canal began circling the paper boats, sending them further adrift in uncharted directions to unsuspecting recipients.
