Description: The Action Researcher/Performer recorded observations from her experience walking around an inner-city neighbourhood. These texts were then transcribed directly onto the pavement using chalk. In one instance the narrative followed her footsteps along the pavement as if attached to the trail of the storyteller. On another occasion the texts were written in a series of inward turning and self-containing spiral forms, confining her within each recollection of place.
