Description: Bedding such as pillows, blankets and sheets used by the homeless community living domestically in public space sites around Sydney was often seen strewn across footpaths or neatly folded into crevices for later retrieval.  The names of homeless people that the Action Researcher/Performer had spent considerable time engaging with at a local drop-in centre in Kings Cross were cut out of black felt and sewn onto white pillowcases.  These pillowcases were then left in public space sites around Sydney, giving an identity to these otherwise 'nameless' and 'faceless' occupants of the city.  Sleeping Rough
