Description: Words gleaned from stories written by locals about Surry Hills were transferred onto leaves that had been collected in this neighbourhood. These leaves were then partially painted in gold and placed back in this neighbourhood for locals to chance upon and contemplate. This is a parallel project to the Village Voices public artwork.
